Half way through the flight on the stop-over in Amsterdam, I discover that the pilot has a book of maps on his dashboard. If he doesn't know where Accra is, then shouldn't I be travelling by ship? Not one quick to alarm, I think reading maps while pilotting, like texting or putting on make-up, is "distracted flying" and there is a $490 fine. In any case, the maps are upside down and I could end up in Finland.
